Jim Soeldner was elected to the McLean County Board in 2008, representing District 2 which covers a rural part of southeastern McLean County. He is serving a second term as Vice Chairman of the McLean County Board and previously served as chairman of the Transportation Committee, the Finance Committee, and the Rules Committee. Prior to his election to the county board, Jim served as a Township Supervisor for 20 years. His work experience includes farming in eastern McLean County for 25 years and manager of a 200+ ATM operation (retired in 2015).
