Rich Stokluska has been in the insurance industry for the last 30 years, 27 of them which have been at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. His responsibility is to lead the Midwest Region's Public Entity team.

Rich is dedicated to the development of risk management business exclusively for government entities. He is directly involved in the design, implementation and management of Property, Casualty, and Workers' Compensation pograms. In 2006, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. was selected by the IACBMC to assist in developing the Counties of Illinois Risk Management Agency (CIRMA).
