Broadband is essential to full participation in modern life as stated in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. The federal government is investing billions of dollars to help rural and underdeveloped communities to build and gain access to this infrastructure. This summit offered local officials an opportunity to better understand the process, share experiences, and connect with federal, state and private resources to advance the process.
