Carol Kulek is an independent contractor who specializes in outreach and marketing projects. Carol recently retired from Leidos, an Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Contractor, where she worked exclusively with local governments and other public sector entities. Prior to that, Carol was employed at the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for nearly 30 years and managed a variety of policy initiatives and program efforts in the offices of Workforce Development, Economic Development and most recently was the Outreach and Marketing Manager for the Illinois Energy Office.
