Andrew "Andy" Stash has served on the Marshall County Board since 2013. He has extensive knowledge in community development having served as the chairman of the Planning an Zoning Board of Henry, Illinois for over 25 years. In his professional career, Andy was in small business and a Certified Residential Appraiser for almost 20 years. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Zoning Committee on the Marshall County Board.
