Credit Collection Partners is an 80-year-old Taylorville, Ill.-based government collection agency that contracts with 73 downstate Illinois county state’s attorneys to recoup fines owed by defendants found liable in the county courts. CCP ensures the counties collect fines rightfully owed that help to fund critical court and county-sponsored programs, such as probation services, court security, and other critical social services for county residents.

CCP has recovered over $17 million for critically underfunded court- and county-sponsored services, as well as fines and fees that fund restitution directly owed to crime victims, including those affected by violent crimes and drunk drivers.
